Refund policy

At PrimeKart, we strive to ensure you have a worry-free and satisfying shopping experience. We happily offer returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery in the following situations: if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong style, or item). We’ll arrange a smooth  replacement for you at no extra cost. We also offer easy exchanges if you need a different size or style, provided the item is in unused, unwashed condition with original tags and bill intact and stock is available. All you have to do is reach out to us on WhatsApp or email  within 3 days of receiving your order, and our team will guide you through the quick and friendly process.

Please note, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or if the product does not meet subjective expectations (like fit or feel), unless there’s a genuine issue as mentioned above.
